By visiting our website, creating an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on this website, including our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally permitted to make purchases under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the legal age required to enter into a contract, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or other material intended to damage, interrupt, or interfere with the website or another person’s use of it.

2. Products and Product Information

Doki Pocket primarily offers pet toys, pet clothing, wearable pet accessories, and a selection of cute everyday items for people.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, materials, colors, and photographs as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing batches, and the handmade nature of certain products.

Minor variations that do not affect the normal function of a product are not considered defects.

Product availability, designs, packaging, colors, and specifications may change without notice. We may discontinue or limit the quantity of any product at any time.

3. Pet Product Safety

Pet owners are responsible for selecting products that are appropriate for their pet’s size, age, breed, behavior, and activity level.

Unless a product page specifically states otherwise:

• Pet toys should be used under responsible adult supervision.

• Pet toys are not indestructible.

• Products should be inspected before and after use.

• Damaged, loose, or broken products should be removed immediately.

• Small parts may present a choking or swallowing risk.

• Pet clothing and accessories should not restrict breathing, movement, vision, or circulation.

• Pets should not be left unattended while wearing costumes or accessories that could become caught on surrounding objects.

Our product information is not veterinary or medical advice. If you are uncertain whether a product is suitable for your pet, consult a qualified veterinarian before use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies relating to an unsafe or defective product where such rights are provided by applicable law.

4. Sizes and Measurements

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and measuring their pet carefully before placing an order.

Measurements should be compared with the specific size chart shown on the relevant product page, as sizing may vary between products.

Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests when:

• The customer selects the wrong size;

• The measurements provided by the customer are inaccurate; or

• The product does not fit as expected despite the correct ordered size being delivered.

If we send a size different from the size shown in your order confirmation, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• A product being unavailable;

• Incorrect product or pricing information;

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;

• Shipping restrictions;

• An incomplete or invalid delivery address;

• Unusually large quantities intended for unauthorized resale; or

• A violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at dokipocket@outlook.com.

We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

7. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website. Currency conversions may be estimates, and the final amount charged may depend on your payment provider’s exchange rate and fees.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Payments are processed through Shopify or other third-party payment providers. Doki Pocket does not directly store complete payment-card details.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Doki Pocket provides free standard international shipping on all orders unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.

Estimated international delivery usually takes approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, local delivery services, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Orders may occasionally be divided into multiple packages. Customers will not be charged additional standard shipping fees when we divide an order.

9. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Free shipping covers the standard transportation cost of your order. It does not automatically include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are specifically collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Customers are responsible for checking the import requirements that apply in their country or region before ordering.

10. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment number, unit number, postal code, and required contact information.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We will try to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch.

To the extent permitted by law, Doki Pocket is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be resent.

11. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund requests are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us before returning any item. If a return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Do not return products to the address shown on the original shipping label. Items sent without authorization or to an unauthorized address may not be accepted or refunded.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive a product or size different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at dokipocket@outlook.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the request, we may provide a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate. If the issue was caused by our error, you will not be responsible for reasonable replacement or return shipping costs.

13. Accuracy of Website Information

We try to keep all information on the website accurate and current. However, the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping times, availability, or other information.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order where reasonably necessary. If an accepted order is canceled because of our error, the applicable payment will be refunded.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discount codes cannot be combined;

• Discount codes have no cash value;

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively;

• Promotions may be limited by product, customer, location, or date; and

• We may cancel a promotion affected by fraud, technical errors, or misuse.

15. Reviews, Photos, and Other Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content to Doki Pocket, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to share it;

• The content is accurate and does not violate another person’s rights;

• The content is not unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful; and

• The content does not contain malicious software or unauthorized advertising.

You grant Doki Pocket a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use submitted content for operating and promoting the store, unless you request otherwise and applicable law gives you the right to withdraw that permission.

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

16. Intellectual Property

The Doki Pocket name, logo, website design, original photographs, graphics, written content, and other original materials belong to Doki Pocket or their respective licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use this material without prior written permission.

Product names, trademarks, and content owned by third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Our website is hosted through Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, analytics, shipping, communication, and other functions.

Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, security practices, or transactions outside our website, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that certain information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers needed to process payments, fulfill orders, deliver packages, prevent fraud, and operate the store.
